Bulk Editing Fulfillers

Update claiming policies, claiming regions, and dealer locator visibility for multiple connected retailers at once — instead of updating each fulfiller connection one by one.

What Is Bulk Edit for Fulfillers?

Bulk Edit is a feature within the Fulfillers list in your Quivers Admin Panel that lets you update claiming policies, claiming regions, and dealer locator mappings for several connected retailers at the same time — instead of opening and updating each fulfiller connection one at a time.

How It Works

  • In the Fulfillers list, each connected retailer has a checkbox next to their information.
  • Selecting one or more checkboxes reveals a "Bulk Edit" option.
  • Clicking Bulk Edit opens a modal where you choose which claiming policies, claiming regions, and dealer locators to map to the selected retailers.
  • Your selections replace whatever is currently mapped for those retailers — they don't add to the existing mappings.
  • Pending connection requests (retailers who want to connect with you) have their own checkboxes, letting you bulk "Accept" or "Ignore" multiple requests at once.

Why It Matters

If you manage a large dealer network, Bulk Edit saves you from clicking into dozens of individual fulfiller connections just to keep claiming policies, claiming regions, and dealer locator visibility consistent and up to date.

How to Bulk Edit Connected Fulfillers

  1. Click "Fulfillers" in the left menu of the Quivers Admin Panel.
  2. Click the "Connected" tab to see the retailers you're currently connected with.
  3. Check the box next to each retailer you want to update. (Your selection applies to the retailers checked on the page you're currently viewing.)
  4. Click the "Bulk Edit" button that appears once you've selected at least one retailer.
  5. In the modal, select the Claiming Policies, Claiming Regions, and Dealer Locators you want mapped to the selected retailers.
  6. Confirm your selections to apply them. This replaces any existing mappings for the retailers you selected.

Note: Bulk Edit replaces mappings — it doesn't merge with what's already assigned. Double-check your selections before confirming, especially if the retailers you selected currently have different claiming policies or regions from one another.

How to Bulk Accept or Ignore Pending Connection Requests

  1. Click "Fulfillers" in the left menu, then click the "Wants to Connect" tab to see incoming connection requests from retailers.
  2. Check the box next to each request you want to act on.
  3. Use the "Accept All" or "Ignore All" button that appears to approve or dismiss the selected requests at once.

Things to Know

  • Bulk Edit covers claiming policies, claiming regions, and dealer locator visibility only. Details like Store Number or Affiliate ID should still be edited directly in the table view for that connected retailer.
  • Bulk Edit doesn't change a retailer's name or address. Those fields reflect the retailer's actual business information, so brands can't edit them on a retailer's behalf.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Bulk Edit add to a retailer's existing claiming policies, or replace them?

It replaces them. Whatever claiming policies, claiming regions, and dealer locators you select in the Bulk Edit modal become the new mapping for the retailers you selected.

Can I bulk edit retailers across multiple pages of my Fulfillers list at once?

Currently, your selection applies only to the retailers checked on the page you're viewing.

Can I use Bulk Edit to update a retailer's Store Number or contact details?

No. Bulk Edit only covers claiming policies, claiming regions, and dealer locators. Update Store Number, Affiliate ID, and similar fields directly in the table for that retailer.

Can I bulk accept or ignore pending connection requests the same way?

Yes. Pending connection requests have their own checkboxes — select the ones you want and use "Accept All" or "Ignore All."
