Configure Multiple B2B Wholesale Storefronts per Retailer Connection

Who is this for? This article is for Sellers (brands) who use Quivers to manage B2B wholesale relationships with retailers and want to assign multiple wholesale storefronts to a single retailer connection.

You can now assign multiple B2B storefronts to a single retailer connection — giving you the flexibility to offer different pricing, product lines, or purchasing experiences to the same retailer through different storefronts.

This is useful when a brand has multiple ecommerce channels (e.g., a main wholesale storefront and a promotional or seasonal one) and wants a single retailer to have access to more than one.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure you have the following:

Seller Account on Quivers — You must be logged in as a Seller (brand).

At Least One B2B Storefront — Created under Sales Channels > Storefronts.
✓
At Least One Retailer Connection — An existing connection under Fulfillers > My Fulfillers.
Step 1 — Go to Your Seller Dashboard

Log in and select your brand account.

Log in to admin.quivers.com and select your Seller account from the home screen.

Step 2 — Navigate to Fulfillers > My Fulfillers

Find the retailer connection you want to configure.

Navigate to Fulfillers > My Fulfillers

In the left navigation, click Fulfillers, then select My Fulfillers. This shows all retailers currently connected to your brand.

Step 3 — Open a Retailer Connection

Access the B2B Storefronts section for a specific retailer.

Click on the retailer you want to configure. On the connection detail page, locate the B2B Storefronts section — you'll now see a list where you can assign one or more wholesale storefronts for this retailer.

Step 4 — Add or Manage B2B Storefronts

Assign one or more wholesale storefronts to this retailer.

Add or Manage B2B Storefronts

Click Add Storefront and select from your existing storefronts. Repeat to assign additional storefronts. Each storefront you add will be available to that retailer when they place wholesale orders.

To create a new storefront first, go to Sales Channels > Storefronts and click New Storefront.

You're all set! The retailer will automatically see the newly assigned storefronts when placing B2B orders — no action required on their end.
FAQs
Can I assign different storefronts to different retailers?
Yes. Each retailer connection has its own B2B storefront list. You can assign any combination of your storefronts to each retailer independently.
What happens to my existing wholesale storefront setting?
Your existing wholesale storefront has been automatically migrated to the new multi-storefront format. No action needed — it will appear as the first entry in the B2B Storefronts list on each connection.
Does a retailer need to do anything to see the new storefronts?
No. Once you add a storefront to a connection, the retailer will see it automatically when placing B2B orders through their Quivers account.
