An Overview of Your Consumers Panel
To access the "Consumers" panel with your admin panel, click on Consumers in the left-hand rail. The Consumers panel allows you to create various groupings of Consumers that can then be granted privileges to private Storefronts. This is done by creating the Consumer Group, and then creating and adding Consumers to the respective groups.
The Consumer Panel allows you to:
Search for Consumers - to search, simply enter the Consumer's name or email into the search bar in the upper left-hand corner
Add Consumers to a Consumer Group
Locate or Delete a Consumer within a Consumer Group - to determine if a Consumer is in a specific Consumer Group, click on "Consumer Groups" in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. This will open a pop-up that displays all currently created Consumer Groups. Then, double-click on the Consumer Group you wish to see a list of included Consumers for; the pop-up will then display all Consumers within that group. From there, you may delete that Consumer from that group if desired.
Delete a Consumer Group - To delete a Consumer group, click on "Consumer Groups" in the lower left-hand corner of the screen. This will open a pop-up that displays all currently created Consumer Groups. Then, double-click on the Consumer Group you wish do delete. The pop-up will refresh and show the Consumer Group's details, and offer a blue "Delete..." button at the top of the window. Simply click the blue "Delete..." button and the Consumer Group will be deleted.
Delete a Consumer - you can complete delete a Consumer from your Consumer panel by clicking to "Consumers" from the left-hand rail navigation. This will load the Consumer Panel. From there, click the red trashcan icon to the right of the consumer you wish to delete.
