An Overview of Your Shipping Panel

Shipping policies control where your products can be shipped to and how much should be charged for a product to be shipped. You can have as many shipping policies as needed based on weight, amount of order or the number of products
purchased.

To access your Shipping panel, click "Shipping" on the left-hand rail of your Quivers Panel.

Creating a Shipping Policy

1. Open your Shipping panel by clicking on "Shipping" on the left-hand rail of the admin panel

2. Next, click the blue "Add Policy" button in the upper right-hand corner; this will open a pop-up with a single input for "Policy Name." Name your shipping policy and click the blue "Create Policy" button to save

3. Once the policy has been created, you can edit the policy by clicking on the blue pencil icon to the right of the Shipping Policy name

Policy Type and Shipping Expectation

Select what type of policy you are creating (Standard, Expedited or White Glove Delivery) in the "Policy Type" dropdown, and how many days should reflect in a customer's shopping cart when they can expect to have their order shipped out.

For example, if 3 days is entered in the "Shipping Expectation" field, at checkout, the customer will see "Your Items Are Expected to Ship By...X date" (screenshot below), which will be 3 days in the future from the date they complete their purchase.

You can have all three Shipping Options (Standard, Expedited or White Glove Delivery) displayed to the Consumer at checkout. Hence, you will have three shipping policies created in your Quivers Admin Panel. One set to the policy type
Standard, another set to Expedited and yet another set to the policy type White Glove Delivery.

  • Currency
    • The currency section allows you to select the currency in which the shipping amounts are collected. It is recommended that the currency in the Shipping Policy matches the currency of the Storefront associated.
  • Storefronts
    • The Storefronts section is an overview of all your available Storefronts that can be associated with the newly created Shipping Policy. To attach a Shipping Policy to a specific Storefront, click on the checkbox left of the Storefront name.
  • Regions
    • Shipping Policies can be attached to specific geographic regions as well as to specific Storefronts. The geographic component is controlled within the "Regions" section of the Shipping Policy. For regions to be available for selection (as seen in the screenshot below), you must create the region first.

Creating a Region

1. Click the grey "New Region" button to the left of Regions.

2. In the pop-up, give your new Region a Name by filling in the "Name" input at the top of the window; then, select the "Locations" where this shipping policy should apply. To do this, check off the entire Country or expand the Country to choose specific areas

3. Once Locations have been selected, click the blue "Create Shipping Region" to save

4. After the Region is created, it will appear as an option in the "Regions" section of the Shipping Policy
