Business Settings & Users

The Settings section of the Quivers Panel contains key information about your business and its visibility within the Quivers Network. The current fields ensure that your storefront is accurately represented and easy to manage.

Business Details

These fields provide essential information for your organization’s profile on Quivers.

Field Description
Legal Name The official name of your business entity. For example: Quivers Demo Manufacturer.
Federal Number Your federal tax or business identification number (e.g., 104532345).
Address Your primary business address. Enter a valid, Google-recognized location for accurate order calculations (e.g., 12 Crosby Lane, Falmouth, MA).
Phone Main business phone number (e.g., +1 123-123-1234).
Website URL of your active website (e.g., https://cooltownmanufacturer.com).
Support Email The email address displayed to customers for support inquiries (e.g., QuiversDemo@quivers.com).
BBC Email This email will be blind copied on emails sent to the consumer.
Industries One or more categories describing your business (e.g., Sporting Goods).

Tip: The optional Description field can be used for an internal business summary if desired.


Global Settings

These toggle controls determine how your business interacts with the Quivers Network.

Setting Function
Visible to Network If disabled, you will be hidden from other businesses on the network.
Universal Cart If enabled, customers will be able to make a single HoverCart purchase for products belonging to you and other sellers at the same time.
Allow External Gateway If enabled, this seller will be able to use External Payment Gateways. Contact support@quivers.com to enable this.
Allow Bill Later If enabled, this seller will be able to use Bill Later, where customers can place orders without making any purchase. Contact support@quivers.com to enable this.
Require 2FA If enabled, users of your business will be required to enable Two-Factor Authentication when logging into Quivers
