Curbside Pickup

Curbside Pickup gives customers the option to have their order brought to their car, providing a fast and efficient order collection. 

How to process a Curbside Pickup Order:

1. During the checkout process, a customer will be offered Curbside Pickup as a fulfillment option. They will be able to select from the list of their closest retailers that have stock of their item(s). 

NOTE: To be eligible for Curbside Pickup orders, your inventory must be loaded and have been updated in the minimum inventory age threshold set by your Brand(s). See Auto-Claim & Auto-Assignment for more information on how the Auto-Assignment process works.

2. The chosen fulfiller will be notified that an order has been assigned to them. This order will be tagged as “Curbside Pickup”.

3. Prepare the order for the customer, then click on “Ready for Pickup” in the Order Details screen.

TIP: If you do not have stock of an item email and/or call the customer right away to alert them of the issue and follow up with updates.

4. The customer will be sent an email notification that their order is ready for pickup. The email includes your store’s location, phone number and store hours, and a QR Code. It will also contain a link to confirm their arrival at the store. 

5. When the customer has arrived, they will need to verify their identity either by showing their ID or using the QR code which a store associate can scan directly from their device or using the Quivers Mobile App. 

6. Once the customer has successfully picked up their order, click the “Confirm Pickup” button on the order details screen. 

The order is now complete and will be added to your next settlement payment.
