"Consumer Groups" in Quivers are Groups of Consumers with whom you wish to share certain Products or Discounts. You can also assign a consumer group to a storefront.
Let's look at how these are created:
1. Navigate to "Consumers" in the left-hand menu of the Quivers Panel
2. Click on "Consumer Groups" from the drop-down menu; this will open a screen that shows all current Consumer Groups or none if none currently exist.
3. Then, click the blue "New group." button on the right side of the screen
4. Fill out the "Name" input field to name your new Consumer Group; you can also add a "Classification" or "Description". Classification is used to create shared reporting across multiple consumer groups which share the same classification.
Then click the blue "Create" button to save
