Follow the steps below to reset your password on Quivers.
*Note: only 1 password reset email can be generated for your account at a time. If you accidentally reset your password twice, wait for the second email to arrive and use that link. Any link from a former password reset will NOT work.
Once you receive the password reset email, click the button at the bottom to "Reset Your Password". If your password was reset successfully, you will receive a pop-up message letting you know it was successfully updated.
If the password was not able to be updated, you can try troubleshooting with the following:
1. Have you selected the "forgot password" link?
2. If you have selected the "forgot password" link, did you receive more than 1 password reset email? If so, you must use the most recent email received as any other former password reset email will no longer be valid. As a security method, only 1 password reset per user can happen at a time.
3. If you did not receive a reset password email at all, are you using the correct email address to login? Only emails which have accounts will receive the email to reset a password. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes of requesting the password reset, try signing in with a different email you think could have been used.
4. If you did not receive the password reset email, it may have gone to your spam inbox so check and make sure it isn't hiding there.
