Individual Inventory Upload

Inventory can be added on an individual basis within the Retailer Panel. Where possible, we would recommend uploading by CSV file or utilizing one of our Apps, however, individual updates can be useful when you only need to make small changes to your inventory positions.

How to add individual products to your inventory:

  1. Click “Inventory” on the left-hand menu.
  2. In the top right you will find the “Add” button.
  3. In the pop-up box, select whether you wish to upload by UPC or SKU, then complete the relevant fields: 
    • Uploading by UPC: Populate the "UPC / EAN / Barcode" field. + “Stock Level” Fields.
      • Tip: UPCs should be at least 12 digits
    • Uploading by SKU: Populate the ‘’Product Identifier’’ field with the SKU + “Brand Name” + Stock Level fields. 
  4. Click ‘’Create’.
  5. Verify that the item has matched correctly to your seller. Incorrect matches will be shown with an error, if it hasn’t matched straight away use the orange cog icon to refresh. 
  6. To easily find your new product, sort your list by “Last Uploaded” - this will bring the newest products to the top of the list.

Now your inventory is loaded, you can make manual adjustments where required including deleting individual products, adjusting stock levels and refreshing in bulk.
