About Dropbox Inventory
Dropbox is a home for all your work. You can store and share files, collaborate on projects, and bring your best ideas to life—with Dropbox, all your files are backed up to the cloud and available online. Enabling this App will give you access to a shared dropbox folder on your dropbox account. You can add inventory files (in CSV format) to this folder. Any good inventory positions in that file will be processed as inventory positions into the Quivers platform.
How it Works
To use this App, you must have a valid Dropbox account to share a folder.
A CSV format spreadsheet of inventory positions. The file must contain the following information:
- UPC
- Stock Quantity
If the file format you are using is an export from an inventory management software or point of sale system, you can map the headers of your file format to the headers we are looking to accept. This will prevent you from needing to adjust to the exports that come from your system to be accepted by Quivers. Note: Inventory csv file name cannot have following special characters: !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, +, =, \, ~,`, ;, “, ?,>,<

Inventory Syncing timeline
You’re able to set your inventory sync to your preference but we recommend setting the sync 1 hour at the minimum. Anything more often can cause data to not get imported correctly, especially large files of data.
FAQs
Why isn’t my inventory importing?
- If your file isn’t importing correctly, you should double-check that the headers are the same as your mappings.
