Once you have uploaded your inventory within Quivers, it is important to keep it as up to date as possible. This ensures you are able to quickly and efficiently fulfill orders for products you have in stock - providing the best possible experience for your customers.
In this article we will cover:
- How to Delete Products From Your Inventory
- How to Update Stock Levels
- How to Mark All Your Inventory as Current
- Exporting your Inventory
How to Delete Products From Your Inventory:
- To delete an individual product, simply click the red trash can in the relevant line.
- To bulk delete, select the individual items you wish to delete. A “delete” button will appear in the top menu. Clicking this will remove all the selected items.
- To remove all your inventory, or reset your stock positions, use the “Clear All” button. This will give you the following options:
- Set All Stock to Zero
- Delete "Zero Stock" inventory positions
- Delete All Inventory
How to Update Stock Levels:
Stock levels can be adjusted by overwriting the existing stock level, or by using the toggles to increase or decrease quantities.
By hovering over your stock amount for a specific item you can view:
- Actual Stock - how many items you have on hand.
- Reserved Stock - the number of items you have on hand, minus allocated stock for orders you have been assigned but have not yet shipped.
- Available Stock - Actual minus reserved, the total you have available for order allocation.
Mark All as Current
If there have been no changes to your inventory positions you can use this function to mark all your inventory as current. Only the “Last Uploaded” and “Last Change” date will change, not your stock positions.
- Last Uploaded - This option reflects the last time your inventory was uploaded, which counts for the "freshness" of the inventory if the Brand has a maximum inventory age.
- Last Change - This option reflects the last time anything happened to that record, whether it be an upload or an automatic stock change from fulfillment.
Export
This feature allows you to export the full list of products you have uploaded into your panel, along with stock levels.
