Paylution Auto-Transfer

Auto-Transfer in Paylution allows you to automate the process of transferring funds from the Pay Portal directly to your bank account. This feature enables you to set it up once and forget about it, ensuring hassle-free and timely payments.

How to set up Auto-Transfer:

  1. Log in to your Pay Portal
  2. Click "Transfer"
  3. On the Transfer Center next to your preferred transfer method, click "Action > Create Auto Transfer"
  4. Make sure the “Auto Transfer Enabled” box is checked, then choose between daily and monthly Auto Transfer configurations
  5. For currency and threshold settings, click “More Options”
  6. Select “Confirm” - If you have at least one bank account already saved in your Pay Portal, it will be listed in this section. If not, click on "Add New Transfer Method" to add a bank account

Advanced Options:

To split transfers between multiple bank accounts or set a minimum transfer amount, follow these steps:

  1. Select the "Transfer" option in the Paylution menu.
  2. Under the "Actions" menu, choose "Create Auto Transfer."
  3. On the Auto Transfer page, select the "Advanced" tab.
  4. Choose the desired account under "Transfer Method" and set the percentage of funds allocated to that account. The total percentage for all selected transfer destinations must equal 100%.

Note: All selected Auto Transfer destinations must use the same currency. Therefore, you cannot set one destination as a USD bank account and another as a CAD bank account.

Tips:

  • Quick Transfer: For faster fund transfers, select the daily Auto Transfer frequency to receive payments in your bank account promptly.
  • Auto Currency Conversion: If you receive payments in a different currency than the one used by your transfer destinations, select the currency in which you get paid. This ensures that funds are converted and transferred in your local currency.
  • Minimum Auto Transfer Amount: Set a threshold amount (e.g., $100) for transfers. This option ensures that a transfer occurs only when your accumulated payments reach the specified minimum.
