What Is Quivers?
Quivers provides Sellers with a full eCommerce solution that engages authorized Fulfillers for fulfillment, enabling new marketplace opportunities, and omni-channel experiences.
Quivers enables Sellers to share orders made on their website with Authorized Retail Connections. Authorized Fulfillers are notified about the opportunity to claim and fulfill the order instantly.
How Does Quivers Work?
When a Seller joins Quivers, they invite their fulfillers to set up accounts on the platform. It’s plug and play for the fulfillers as the Seller’s online catalog is already set up with images and prices. Fulfillers configure their admin panel by registering, importing their inventory, and sending a connection request to the seller(s) they’d like to partner with.
Once an order is placed on the Seller's website, Quivers notifies their authorized retail partners. The Seller has the flexibility to define settings and timer configurations that determine how an order is shared with their network of fulfillers. One of the most common criteria used is locality, which promotes local retail connections by prioritizing the closest fulfiller with available stock to fulfill the order.
In situations where fulfillers have uploaded their inventory to Quivers, these orders can be instantly assigned for fulfillment.
Sellers have the flexibility to tailor the fulfillment methods available to their customers, options include Ship-from-Store, Buy Online, Pickup In-store, White Glove Delivery, and the ability to ship products to their retail partners in locations where local stock may not be available.
