Quivers Settlement Information

Instead of settlements twice a month, now the merchants and fulfillers will get paid out every week, making it easier for merchants and the fulfiller to reconcile.

As we had too many pay-out methods and depending on the Merchant, some Fulfiller were partially paid via Paylution and partly paid via Stripe. So we consolidated to make that easier for them.
