Reporting in Quivers

There are many reports to be utilized with Quivers and this knowledge base article outlines the reports available. Quivers offers these reports to assist with informed decision-making, performance measurement, and transparency.

How to Filter Reports:

Navigate to the Analytics section in the left menu and select the report section you'd like to view. Once within your desired report section, you can adjust simple filters in the top right of that screen such as start date, end date, date type, and grouping.

To access advanced filter settings, click on the blue "Filters" button to open up a new window. Here you can further customize your filters by Brand. Additionally, there's a toggling check box where you can "Remember My Selected Date Range" if this is a frequently visited date range.

How to Run Reports

In our new "Run Reports" section, you can easily choose a report and set any applicable filter for the report to be downloaded and/or emailed to you. Navigate to the Reports section in the left menu and select "Run Reports", you can scroll to find the report you desire or search for it within the search bar.

Once you've found the report you'd like to run, you can select the play button to the right of the report to set any filters, choose to email it to yourself and run the report.  These filter options may vary depending on the report you'd like to run.

How to Schedule Reports

In our new "Report Schedules" section, you can schedule reports to be sent out to yourself and your team. Navigate to the Reports section in the left menu and select "Report Schedules" - click the Create button in the top right to schedule a new report.

From here, choose the Dashboard and specific Report you'd like to schedule. Set a Schedule Frequency to determine when this report will be sent, if Weekly or Monthly are chosen then it will ask for the specific day. Next, choose a Schedule Recipient, you can schedule a report to be sent to yourself, a specific email address, or a role (admin, basic, sales representative, view only).

NOTE: Scheduling Reports for a specific email address can only be for one email, a future improvement will allow for multiple emails in this field.

Select the date range of the report you'd like to schedule, by selecting "Start Date to Present" you can choose a specific date range. You can also change any applicable filter for the specific report you're scheduling by selecting, these options will vary depending on the Dashboard and Report choosen.

At any time, you can run your schedule report by clicking the play button (if you don't want to wait for the automatic scheduled report), edit your scheduled report to make any changes to the filters/settings, and delete the scheduled report.

Below are the Reporting Sections currently available for Fulfillers in the Quivers Panel under Analytics in the left menu, please visit these sections to view individual reports.

Unsure of where to find a report? It may have moved to a new section, you can find any report by going to Reports > Run Reports and use the search bar to find the applicable report. Please contact support@quivers.com if you need additional assistance.
