Retailer Fees

This article outlines the different fees you may have on an order as well the two different Retailer classifications.

There are two different fees that make make up the "Quivers Transaction Fee" on an order:

  1. Retailer Platform Fee
  2. Payment Processing Fee

Both of these combined, Retailer Platform Fee + Payment Processing Fee, = the Quivers Transaction Fee. This Fee is taken after the Subtotal, Discounts, Shipping, and Tax have been combined. When attempt Claim Total is what you, the Retailer, receive after these Fees have been deducted.

The Retailer Platform Fee will depend on if you're classified as an Elite Retailer or a Standard Retailer. A Standard Retailer is the classification that most Retailers on Quivers fall under. 

As a Standard Retailer, the Retailer Platform fee is 11% and as an Elite Retailer, the Retailer Platform Fee is 9%.

To qualify to be an Elite Retailer, you must achieve the following:

  • On-time Shipping (shipped in less than a day)
  • Consumer NPS Score of at least 8
  • 50 orders fulfilled in the last 6 months
  • Inventory Refreshed every 24 hours

If you're currently a Standard Retailer and would like to be evaluated to determine if you meet the criteria to be an Elite Retailer, please contact support@quivers.com.

 

The Payment Processing Fee is determined if the Brand you're fulfilling for is utilizing Quivers as their payment processor for orders, this fee is also for fraud protection purposes:

  • 3.5% - USD
  • 4.5% - CAD
  • 6.0% - All Other Currencies

If they're not utilizing Quivers as their payment processor, the above fees will not be applied in the total of the Quivers Transaction Fee
