      White Glove Delivery

      White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery method for products that require special attention during shipping, or may need installation and setup. 


      How to process a White Glove Delivery Order

      1. During the checkout process, a customer will be offered ‘White Glove Delivery’ as a fulfillment method. 
      2. The chosen fulfiller will be notified that an order has been assigned to them. This order will be tagged as “White Glove Delivery”
      3. Once the order is ready for delivery, the fulfiller will contact the customer directly to schedule the delivery.
      4. The fulfiller then creates the shipment in Quivers, adding Whiteglove Delivery as the Shipping Method. 
      5. Once the item has left the store, “Save & Ship” to confirm the item has been delivered.
