The "Settings" section of the Quivers Admin Panel hosts settings and information relevant to admin interaction which includes accounting information, administrative users of the Quivers Admin Panel, territories to use for Fulfiller claiming permissions, claiming settings to orchestrate how orders are distributed to authorized Fulfillers, etc.
Details
The "Details" tab is the first tab in the series of tabs available for configuration within the settings on the Quivers Admin Panel. The information provided in this view will be used for for internal reference
Legal Name - Many times entities will have a different legal name for their business, especially if the business holds rights to multiple businesses. As an example, we are a business called "Quivers," however, our legal name is "Quivers International, Inc."
Employer Identification Number - This is for internal reference only
Industry - There are a limited number of category options to classify your business. This does not have an effect on your experience using Quivers, it is used as an internal category reference. If you don't see a category that best fits your business type, select the most relevant option available
Website - This should be the URL of your current website
Customer Email BCC - The email entered in this field will receive all notifications that are sent to Consumers regarding orders. This field gives you complete visibility into the Consumer experience
Phone Number - This is the number of the business
Support Email - This is the email shown to customers to reach out to in case they need support
Support Phone Number - This is the number of the business to be used by customers who need customer support
Universal cart - This enables or disables the ability for your products to be purchased with other merchant's products from a single checkout; similar to Amazon's experience.
Visible to Fulfillers - This will either display or hide your business from the "Merchants" section for fulfillers. This is the main way fulfillers find the merchant's to connect with on Quivers.
Description - The information provided in this view will be used for internal reference only. You can provide a description for the services your business provides.
Address - The address listed here should be your corporate location if you are a Merchant on Quivers. Addresses must be associated with a "Google recognized address" for order calculations. If your address does not display as a match as you are typing your address, please reach out to support@quivers.com.
Accounting
Paylution Account - Paylution (www.paylution.com) is an easy-to-use, secure, global online Pay Portal dedicated to your organization and its associates.
Paylution allows you to receive payments electronically and transfer them quickly and efficiently into your bank account. For more information on Paylution, please visit the Quivers knowledge base article: What is Paylution?
Account ID - When your Paylution account is created, the Paylution login will request your Merchant ID. This field in Quivers provides the Merchant ID you can use when configuring your Paylution account.
Account Receivable First Name - The contact included in this section will be considered the accounting contact for Quivers. This user will receive the Paylution activation email to configure the bank information on Paylution. This information is required to process and create your Paylution account. Fill in their First Name in this field
Account Receivable Last Name - Fill in their Last Name in this field
Account Receivable Email - Fill in their Email in this field
Stripe verification - If you are a business transacting in USD your payments from Quivers will be automatically deposited to your bank account from Stripe. In order for Stripe to verify your account, you need a real person's information to be verified.
To complete this process, click the blue "Get Verified" button. This will direct you to the Stripe Verification portal.
Taxpayer Name/Legal Name - The legal name of your business
Federal Tax ID - Your tax ID our business identification ID
Representative First Name - We recommend using your accounts receivable contact first name here.
Representative Last Name - We recommend using your accounts receivable contact last name here.
Representative Email - The email of the representative first and last name used.
Representative Date of Birth - The date of birth of the representative. (Don't worry! This information is confidential!)
Representative SSN - The last four of the representatives social security number.
Social Security Number - This will only display if Stripe was unable to verify you user with the details above. You will also receive an email if this occurs.
Bank Accounts
If utilizing Quivers as the payment processor (via Stripe), you can add bank account information here in order to be paid out directly to the desired account.
Sales Tax
Here you can ensure that Quivers is actively collecting sales tax for the correct states by ensuring a Nexus is set-up for each state where you are required to remit taxes. This section also allows you to create and manage sales tax overrides where necessary.
Economic Nexus - by default, the Quivers system will add the company address as the default Nexus. Should you need to add additional Nexuses, simply click the gray "Add Economic Nexus" button at the bottom of this section. Then input the state only for the Nexus to be added and hit save. *Helpful Tip: to learn more about Nexus, click here.
Sales Tax Override - in order to set-up a Sales Tax Override, ensure that the Territory for the override has been created.
Tax Type - this section allows you to select the tax type for each territory. The options include: using the defaults in Quivers (collect taxes as normal), Included in Price (meaning the taxes are already accounted for), or Added to Price.
Custom Tax Rate - if needed, you can also choose to set a custom tax rate for that specific region by checking the "Use Custom Tax Rate" box and inputting the desired rate as a percentage
Shipping Methods
The Shipping Methods tab allows you to manage the shipping methods used on your store. The Quivers system has a number of pre-existing shipping methods to choose from or you may choose to create a new one by clicking the "Add Shipping Method" button in the upper right hand corner.
To choose from the existing options, simply click the check box next to the shipping methods offered.
To create a new shipping method, click the "Add Shipping Method" button and fill out all input fields: Shipping Method Name, Shipping Method Description, Shipping Method Tracking URL (the URL added to Shipping Notification Emails), Carrier Code, Expedited, and Shipping expectation. Then hit the blue "Save" button.
Users
Any business entity on Quivers can add as many users as they would like to the Quivers Admin Panel. Each user listed in this screen is able to configure custom notification preferences. Territories
The Territory tab, which also control Claiming regions, is a key piece to allowing businesses to fulfill orders from your Merchant. Territories, or Claiming regions, can be used to interact with the territory timer, and can be uniquely configured per business on Quivers.
Order Settings
The Order Settings tab outlines how orders are presented to fulfillers, how orders can be claimed, shipping timers, order hold status, and even order auto-assignment. This is the one-stop-shop to maintain which fulfillers are notified when orders are available, how those fulfillers can claim said orders, and allow you to enable Order Auto-Assignment to have the Quivers system claim orders automatically based on uploaded inventory. Price Types
Price types are connected to Marketplaces and are comprised of both a currency and a name of your choosing. Each price type added to your catalog will show here as well as a column within the Product Details Product Variant table in the "Products" section of your admin panel.
Adding a New Price Type
1. First click the blue "Add Pricetype" button in the upper right-hand corner
2. A pop-up window will open and ask that you input a "Name" and select a "Currency" from the pre-populated dropdown
*Note: the only currencies currently supported by Quivers are AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, JPY, NZD, NOK, and USD
3. Once "Name" is filled in and "Currency" is selected, click the blue "Add Price Type" button; now the price type is available for any Storefronts within your admin panel
Custom Messages
The Custom Messages section of the "Settings" within your admin panel, allows you to customize the packing slip messaging that appears on any printed packing slip. Simply utilize the editor box to add text and style as desired. Once complete, click the blue "Save Message" at the bottom left-hand side of the screen. This message will then be displayed for any orders you fulfill and print a packing slip.
