Managing Notifications

Each Admin or Sales role on the Quivers Retailer Panel includes a user account where personal notification settings can be configured separately from the Business Settings. 

How to modify personal notification settings: 

  1. To access User Settings, you must be logged into the Quivers Retailer Panel with the account you wish to update.
  2. Once logged in, click your name in the top right-hand corner to open the options and click the "Settings” button. 
  3. Scroll down to the section “Notification Preferences” 
  4. Select/Deselect your chosen notifications/delivery methods.
  5. Click “Save”

Tip: For SMS notifications, ensure there is a valid cell phone number in your user account details. For App notifications ensure you have also downloaded the Quivers mobile App.

What notifications are available: 

New Available Order  - An order is available to be claimed. 

Connection Requested  - A seller has requested to connect with your business. 

Connection Approved  - A connection request that you sent to a seller has been approved. 

Brand Canceled Order - Notifies the fulfiller when a seller cancels an order which was assigned to them.

Shipping Timer Expiring - Pre-notifies the fulfiller that they need to ship the order to the consumer in the allotted amount of time indicated by the seller. 

New Refund Request - A consumer has requested to return an item.

Bad Customer Survey - A customer has submitted a poor "Customer Survey" regarding the fulfillment of an order.

Settlement Processed - A settlement has been processed and the funds are available in the business’s Paylution account.

Cancel Unclaim Request - The seller has canceled an unclaim requested by a fulfiller.
