Update or correct the collected tax on shipped orders directly in the Quivers Panel.

How to Update Tax on a Shipped Order

1. Locate the Shipped Order
   Navigate to Orders in the left menu and click on the order that has already been shipped.

2. Click “Adjust Taxes”
   A blue Adjust Taxes button will appear once the order is marked as shipped. Click this button to begin making changes.

3. Enter the New Tax Value
   You can modify either the dollar amount or the percentage of tax. Enter the new value, then click Adjust Taxes to confirm.

4. Confirm Adjustment
   Once confirmed, the system will automatically process a refund to the customer for the adjusted tax amount.

Important Notes

• Tax Adjustments Can Only Be Lowered
  Quivers authorizes the highest possible tax at checkout to ensure coverage for all jurisdictions. Because of this, taxes can only be adjusted downward, not increased.

• Verifying Tax Accuracy
  Quivers uses TaxJar as its tax calculator. You can verify tax calculations independently using their online sales tax calculator.
