Your Business Details

The details tab is the first tab available for configuration under Settings.

Apollo Business Details

Business Logo - Upload your business logo to your account, logos must be a minimum of 600px wide. 

Business Description - Provide a description of the services your business provides. 

User List - a list of the users who have access to your business account. Any business entity on Quivers can add as many users as they want to have access to the Quivers Admin Panel. You can find more on adding users HERE.

On the right of the screen you will find:

Global Settings - Here you will find three toggle options:

  • Visible to Network - If disabled you will be hidden from other businesses within Quivers. 
  • Enable Auto-Claim - Activate to allow Quivers to claim orders on your behalf, more information can be found HERE.
  • Require 2FA - Require all your business users to enable Two-Factor Authentication. 

Store Hours - Add your business hours here, if fulfilling orders via Buy Online, or Pickup In-Store these will be included in consumer notifications. 

Business Details - This section allows you to add specific details about your business:

  • Federal Number - A Federal ID Number is a nine-digit number issued by the IRS. It is also called an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
  • Address - The address listed here should be the address you will be fulfilling orders from, and also should reflect where you would like consumers to return products. Addresses must be associated with a Google-recognized address for order assignment calculations. If your address does not display as a match as you are typing your address, please let support@quivers.com know.
    • TIP: If you have multiple business locations, then you will need to set up additional Quivers Admin Panels for these addresses.
  • Phone Number - This is the generic phone number for your business. 
  • Industry - Select as many industries as are relevant to your business. This does not have an effect on your experience on Quivers, and it is for an internal category reference but it will help us to make suggestions of new brands for you to connect with.
  • Website - This should be the URL of your current website. If you do not have a website, you can leave this field blank. 
  • Support BCC Email - The email entered in this field will receive all notifications that are sent to consumers regarding orders. This field gives you complete visibility into the consumer experience. If you configure an email into this field, you will receive all notifications from consumers after your business has claimed an order. 

Ensure you hit "Save" after you have made your updates.
