Retailer Onboarding Hub

Start here. This hub walks any Retailer — fulfilling for any brand on Quivers — from account creation through your first paid order.

In This Article

Welcome to Quivers

Whether you're fulfilling for one brand or a dozen, this hub is your starting point. It's organized as a journey — each article builds on the one before it, so you go from "just signed up" to "shipping and getting paid" in the shortest path possible.

This hub is intentionally general: it applies no matter which brand(s) invited you to Quivers. Some brands may share brand-specific onboarding materials (webinars, dealer guides, contact names) separately — those supplement this hub, they don't replace it.

Your Onboarding Journey

  1. Understand the platform. Read Quivers Overview to learn how orders flow from a brand's website to your store.

  2. Create your account. Follow Signing Up to register and create your business profile.

  3. Get oriented. Take a lap around The Quivers Retailer Panel so you know where everything lives.

  4. Complete your setup. Work through the Setup Checklist — business details, sales tax, team members, and more.

  5. Connect your inventory. Follow Inventory in Quivers — Getting Started so you can start receiving orders automatically.

  6. Connect with your brand(s). Confirm your Seller connection is approved (covered in the Setup Checklist) — this is required before any orders can reach you.

  7. Get ready to get paid. Set up Paylution so your first shipment turns into your first payout.

Best Practice: the two steps that unblock the most Retailers are inventory sync and Seller connection — an incomplete profile won't stop orders, but missing either of those two will. If you only have time for two things this week, make it those.

Operating more than one store? Each physical location is set up as its own business in Quivers — see Additional Retail Locations once you've completed the steps above for your first location.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to complete every step before I can receive orders?

No single step is technically mandatory, but two are practically required: your inventory has to be synced, and you have to be connected with the Seller(s) whose orders you want to fulfill. Without both, you won't see orders in your queue even if everything else is complete.

I fulfill for multiple brands — do I need a separate Quivers account for each one?

No. One Quivers Retailer account can connect with multiple Sellers. Once connected, orders from each brand appear in the same Orders queue, distinguished by the Storefront column.

Where do I go if I get stuck on a specific step?

Each article below links out to more detailed how-to articles for that topic. If you're still stuck, reach out to Support — see Need Help below.

I have more than one store — do I go through this whole hub again for each one?

Yes, in effect: Quivers treats each physical location as its own business with its own Retailer Panel, inventory, and Seller connections. See Additional Retail Locations for how to set up and switch between them.
