Quivers utilizes a third-party tool called “Paylution” as their pay portal. Paylution (www.paylution.com ) is an easy-to-use, secure, global online Pay Portal dedicated to your organization and its associates. Paylution allows you to receive payments electronically and transfer them quickly and efficiently into your bank account or onto a Paylution Visa Prepaid Card (where available).
After creating your Quivers account, "Creating Your Settlement Account" will be available on your checklist to complete your account set up. This must be completed before a Paylution activation email can be sent to your accounting contact.
You can also add this information by navigating to Payouts, from there you'll be prompted to add your accounting information. These details will be used to set up your Paylution Account. There can only be one contact email that can access the Paylution Pay Portal. This email can be changed after initially being created. The user will receive an email to activate the Paylution account and configure the business information in Paylution.
Settlements are issued on a weekly basis for orders that have been marked as shipped in the Quivers Retailer Panel. To automate the settlement process, you can enable Paylution’s Auto-transfer functionality to automatically transfer funds into your chosen bank account.
