Ship-to-Store orders will be shipped to the customer’s chosen fulfiller for onward delivery/pickup. This gives customers access to the full range of fulfillment methods (e.g. BOPIS, White Glove Delivery), regardless of local stock availability.
How to process a Ship-to-Store Order
- During the checkout process, the customer will choose their retail location and fulfillment method e.g. In-Store Pickup or White Glove Delivery.
- The chosen fulfiller will be notified that an order has been assigned to them. This order will be tagged with the chosen fulfillment method and “Ship-to-Store”.
- The item(s) will then be shipped to the fulfiller by the Brand.
NOTE: Different Sellers will have different processes in place for these orders e.g. you may need to order the items via your usual wholesale channels. If you are unsure, please confirm with your Seller or contact support@quivers.com
